At Medipro we believe proper nutrition should be the center piece of creating a vibrant well balanced life. We will teach you how to incorporate 850-1,250 calories of healthy, nutritious foods to fuel your body for a new, healthier YOU!
For a protein source we suggest organic: lean beef, venison, bison, chicken breast, turkey breast, shell fish, and an assortment of red and white fish. We have a variety of fruits and vegetables that when combined with protein, create the perfect combination to prepare your body to burn your excess fat mass and protect your lean mass.
Body composition shakes: We have created a body composition shake that is designed to help balance your blood sugar levels, promote ketosis, curbs your appetite, increases your energy, supports fat burning and enhances your moods. Our shakes come in vanilla, chocolate and berry.
